I warmly welcome you to the website of This Generation Ministries!
This Generation Ministries (TGM) is a non-denominational Christian church, founded on the truth that Jesus Christ has made the supreme sacrifice for ALL our sins (past, present & future) such that God no longer holds our sins against us! We believe that Christ abolished the law of Moses; we are saved by grace alone, and not by keeping the law. Under the law of Christ (which is agape love), we freely embrace the moral principles of God (which were reflected in Moses’ law) in order to build our character, for the purpose of being Christ’s ambassadors.
In TGM, we are focused on experiencing the agape love of Christ, and demonstrating this love to a hurting world. We pursue excellence in all areas of life, without over-emphasizing perfection, or being unduly judgmental, discriminatory or overly critical – recognizing that, being human, we are subject to mistakes.
TGM operates through several ministries organized under eight departments; the church as a whole is governed by the TGM Council. We greatly encourage our members’ participation in our ministries, as it is through serving side-by-side that we experience God’s blessings & establish relationships with each other that can last a lifetime!

OUR VISION
A world in which the majority of families are demonstrably experiencing the love of God in Christ Jesus.
OUR MISSION
This Generation Ministries exists to empower members with the good news to experience the love of God in Christ Jesus, and to grow into exemplary Christian ambassadorial individuals and families, for the purpose of reconciling the world back to God.

WHAT
WE
ARE
ABOUT
1. We Believe the New Covenant declaration that Jesus Christ made the supreme sacrifice for ALL our sins (past, present and future) and that God does not hold our sins against us any longer (Hebrews 8:10-11; 10:16-18).
2. We Believe that Jesus Christ has abolished the law, and that He was the end of the law (Ephesians 2:14-16).
3. We Believe that we are saved by grace and not by our works (Ephesians 2:8-9).
4. We Believe that the Gentiles were not offered the law of Moses at all (Romans 2:14), but that the advent of Jesus Christ included the Gentiles as partakers of the blessings of Abraham (Galatians 3:29).
5. We Believe that, though we are not under the law of Moses but under the law of Christ (agape love), the law of Moses is a reflection of the moral principles of God. Such principles are relevant to today’s believer for the training in character building for the purpose of our ambassadorial calling (2 Corinthians 5:17-20).
6. We Believe that change in the life of the believer is accomplished through the power of the Holy Spirit that lives in us. He guides us in the path that we should go and leads us away from distractions. However, each believer has the major responsibility of yielding to His leadership and following His instructions (Galatians 5:16-25).
7. We Believe that, as we continue to meditate on the Word of God, the Holy Spirit will gradually renew our minds, and thereby empower us to progressively grow out of our shortcomings in a life-long process of sanctification (Romans 12:2).
STATEMENT
OF FAITH
We Believe that there is ONE LIVING and TRUE GOD, eternally existing in three persons – the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit – equal in power and glory; we believe that this triune God created all humans and things, upholds all, and governs all.
We Believe that the SCRIPTURES of the Old and New Testaments are the Word of God, fully inspired without error in the original manuscripts, and the infallible rule of faith and practice.
We Believe in GOD THE FATHER, an infinite, personal Spirit, is perfect in holiness, wisdom, power and love; that He concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of men; that He hears and answers prayer; and that He saves from sin and death all who come to Him through Jesus Christ.
We Believe in JESUS CHRIST, God’s only begotten Son, was conceived by the Holy Spirit. We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles and teachings, His substitutionary atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension into heaven, perpetual intercession for His people and person, and His visible return to earth.
We Believe in the HOLY SPIRIT, Who came forth from the Father and Son to convict the world of sin, righteousness and judgment, and to regenerate, sanctify and empower for ministry all who believe in Christ; we believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer in Jesus Christ and that He is an abiding Helper, Teacher and Guide. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit and in the exercise of all the Biblical gifts of the Spirit.
We Believe that all MEN are sinners by nature and choice and, therefore, under condemnation; that God regenerates by the Holy Spirit those who repent of their sins and confess Jesus Christ as Lord; that Jesus Christ baptizes the seeking believer with the Holy Spirit and power for service, often, though not always, subsequent to regeneration.
We Believe in the universal CHURCH, the living spiritual body, of which Christ is the Head and all regenerated persons are members.
We Believe that the Lord Jesus Christ committed two ORDINANCES to the church: (1) Baptism and (2) the Lord’s Supper. We believe in baptism by immersion and that communion is open to all believers.
We Believe in the LAYING ON OF HANDS for the baptism (or release) of the Holy Spirit, for ordination of pastors, ministers and deacons, and for receiving gifts of the Spirit and healing.
We Believe in the personal, visible RETURN OF CHRIST to earth and the establishment of His Kingdom; we believe in the resurrection of the body, the final judgment and eternal blessing of the righteous and endless suffering of the wicked.
